You have direct access to a black-sand beach with sun loungers and parasols, while Spiaggetta di Ognina is around 350 metres away on foot. This is a coastal base rather than a countryside hideaway: Catania Piazza Duomo is about 5 km away, with the historic centre, Piazza Università, the Roman Theatre and Palazzo Biscari all within reach.

The immediate neighbourhood keeps the evening straightforward. The black-sand beach is directly accessible from the property, with sun loungers and parasols for the kind of afternoon when you want the sea nearby but have no intention of putting another cylinder on your back.
