XDC Lebanon

Located at the Holiday Beach Resort in Zouk Mosbeh, XDC has been a fixture of the Lebanese diving community since 1998. Originally founded as Xtreme Team Dive Center, the operation moved to its permanent home at the Holiday Beach Marina in 1999 and has since grown into one of the most diverse centres in the country.

The centre is positioned to serve a wide spectrum of divers, from those looking for their first SCUBA experience to highly experienced technical divers. Whether you are exploring the local reefs or progressing through professional instructor training, the facility is designed to support every stage of a diver's journey.

The team at XDC is composed of 14 instructors, providing a high level of expertise across various disciplines. The centre is managed by Course Director Salim Mjaess, ensuring a professional standard that spans from entry-level courses to the highest levels of professional development.

Beyond standard recreational instruction, the team is equipped to provide specialised training in medical assistance and technical diving. They offer various provider courses, including Basic Life Support, First Aid, and Advanced Oxygen, alongside professional paths for those looking to become Dive Masters or Instructors.

XDC offers a vast catalogue of training, beginning with SCUBA Experience and the PADI Open Water Diver course. Divers can progress through Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, and Master Scuba Diver, as well as specialised skills like Peak Performance Buoyancy, Deep Diver, and Wreck Diver.

For those moving into professional or technical territory, the centre provides Dive Master, Assistant Instructor, and Instructor training. The technical programme is particularly robust, covering Intro to Tech, Advanced Nitrox, Deco Procedure, Extended Range, and both Normoxic and Hypoxic Trimix. They also support CCR divers and offer specialised training such as Cave Diver, Dry Suit Diver, and Drift Diver.

The centre is fully equipped for both recreational and technical diving needs. For those requiring kit hire, a full range of equipment is available, including regulators, BCDs, wetsuits, masks, fins, and dive computers. Divers looking for more specialised setups can hire donut BCDs, twinsets, and stage cylinders.

Onshore facilities are comprehensive, featuring changing rooms, hot showers, and equipment storage. The centre also provides lockers for personal belongings and a comfortable lounge area. For night diving or technical excursions, canister torches and SMBs are available for hire.
