MOUJA Diving Club is situated in the Bizerte region of Tunisia, specifically operating out of Cap Zebib. The location is approximately 40 minutes from Tunis, providing a convenient gateway to some of the most varied underwater landscapes in the Mediterranean.

The area around Cap Zebib is characterised by a diverse seabed that includes rocky reefs, sheltered coves, and various wreck sites. This variety allows for a wide range of diving experiences, from shallow explorations of reef flats to deeper dives exploring caves and submerged structures.

The diving programme is led by a professional team, including Dive Director Souheil and instructor Mehdi. The centre is affiliated with CMAS and FASST, ensuring that training follows established international standards. The team is experienced in guiding divers through various environments, from introductory sessions to advanced explorations.

Beyond diving, the centre places a strong emphasis on safety and environmental stewardship. They are actively involved in marine preservation and ecotourism, participating in underwater clean-ups and raising awareness about the protection of the local subaquatic heritage. The staff is able to communicate in English, French, and Arabic.

MOUJA offers a complete progression of CMAS certifications, starting from One Star Diver and moving through to Two Star and Three Star Diver levels, as well as Divemaster training. For those looking to start their journey, they provide 'Try a dive' sessions and introductory programmes.

In addition to scuba diving certifications, the centre provides extensive training in emergency response. This includes courses in Adult, Child & Infant Emergency Care, Workplace CPR/AED, and specialised modules such as Workplace O2 Administration and training for airborne and bloodborne pathogens.

The centre provides a full range of rental equipment, with kit maintained to ensure suitability for all sizes. On-site facilities include showers for divers to use after their sessions. The club is also equipped to handle various training needs, including specialised first aid and emergency care instruction.

The marine life at Cap Zebib is diverse, with many species found amongst the rocks and wrecks. You can regularly observe groupers, moray eels, and various species of wrasse, alongside cuttlefish and octopuses navigating the terrain. Southern stingrays and various species of sea bream are also part of the local ecosystem.

Macro life is a highlight for many divers, with nudibranchs and various sponges adding colour to the seabed. The area is also home to a variety of crustaceans and molluscs, providing plenty for those interested in close-up observation.

During the season, there are opportunities to encounter larger pelagics, including dolphins and sea turtles, which move through the area.

The best time to dive in this region is from May to October. During these months, the water is generally calm with low currents, making it suitable for a wide range of experience levels. Visibility is typically good, often ranging between 10 and 30 metres.
