The centre's status as a Career Development Centre means they are equipped to handle the full spectrum of PADI training. This includes everything from entry-level certifications to the Instructor Development Course (IDC) and Staff Instructor programmes.

They focus heavily on technical proficiency and safety, offering specialized training in sidemount, deep diving, and gas blending. For those looking to pursue a career in diving, the centre provides the necessary infrastructure and expertise to move through the professional ranks.

The training catalogue is extensive, covering all PADI levels from Open Water Diver through to Divemaster and Instructor. For those looking to specialise, they offer courses in Wreck, Deep, Sidemount, Night Diver, and Underwater Navigator.

Daily boat-based exploration trips take you out to the reefs surrounding Tioman, including the popular sites near Pulau Tulai (Coral Island). The centre organises regular excursions that allow you to experience the island's diverse underwater topography.

The centre operates its own Nitrox station using a membrane system, ensuring high-quality breathing gas is always available. They also offer technical gas blending services, including Trimix gas blending, for divers operating in deeper environments.

The reefs are home to a vibrant community of fish, including various species of Snapper (Lutjanus), Fusilier (Caesio), and Angelfish (Pomacanthidae). You will frequently see large schools of Jack (Carangidae) and Great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda) patrolling the water column.

Predators such as Blacktip reef shark (Carcharhinus melanopterus), whitetip sharks, and Nurse shark (Ginglymostoma cirratum) are part of the local ecosystem. Large specimens of giant barracuda and various Wrasse (Labridae) can also be spotted around the reef structures.

Macro enthusiasts can look for Nudibranch (Chromodoris willani) amongst the corals, along with Cuttlefish (Sepiidae) and various Scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae). Moray eels, including the Green moray (Gymnothorax funebris) and brown moray eels, are often found tucked into the reef crevices.

Throughout the dive sites, you may encounter turtles and Butterflyfish (Chaetodon) navigating the reef flat and walls.

The best time to dive in this region is from February to mid-November. The centre remains closed during the monsoon season, which typically runs from mid-November to January.

Daily boat dives allow you to explore the various currents and topographies of the Tioman reefs, though you should always check the local conditions with your guide before heading out.
