You may also spot Nurse shark (Ginglymostoma cirratum) or larger predators like the giant barracuda patrolling the depths.

The reef itself is populated by a wide variety of colourful inhabitants, including Angelfish (Pomacanthidae), Wrasse (Labridae), and Butterflyfish (Chaetodon). Scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae) often remain well-camouflaged among the rocks and coral.

For those interested in macro life, the area offers plenty of interest, including Nudibranch (Chromodoris willani) and Cuttlefish (Sepiidae). Green moray eels (Gymnothorax funebris) and other brown moray eels can often be found tucked into crevices throughout the dive sites.

The best time to visit the centre is from mid-February to mid-November. During this period, the sea conditions are most favourable for diving and boat excursions.

It is important to plan around the monsoon season, as ferry services to the island can become limited or entirely unavailable during these months. The resort typically closes during the monsoon to ensure safety and reliable service.
