The centre is a PADI 5 Star facility offering a comprehensive range of training. Beginners can start their journey with Discover Scuba Diving or work towards their Open Water Diver certification.

For more experienced divers, the centre provides various PADI specialty courses and training for the Divemaster level. The instruction is designed to be adaptive, catering to the specific goals of the diver, whether they are looking to refine their skills or move into professional instruction.

The centre provides a full range of rental kit for those not travelling with their own equipment. You can find everything required for a complete setup, allowing you to fly light and rely on the centre for your technical needs.

For those staying longer, the centre is closely associated with the Cacimba Sunset Lodge BB. This eco-responsible accommodation is located just a short walk from the centre and offers a sustainable base with solar energy and direct access to the ocean.

The marine life around São Nicolau is defined by its abundance and the presence of large pelagic species. You can expect to encounter tuna, amberjack, and various species of sharks patrolling the deeper waters. Large schools of fish are a regular feature of the local reefs, creating a dynamic environment for both recreational and photography-focused divers.

For those looking for charismatic megafauna, the area is home to manta rays, rays, and turtles. These species move through the protected zones, often appearing in areas where the ecosystem remains largely undisturbed by human activity.

Visibility is typically high, ranging between 20 and 50 metres, providing clear sightlines for both reef exploration and spotting pelagics. The high season typically runs from October to December and again from March to June.
