Dive Greece

Dive Greece is a PADI centre situated in the village of Loutra Agias Paraskevis on the Kassandra peninsula. The centre operates within a Natura 2000 protected area, ensuring that the dive sites you visit are part of a carefully preserved marine ecosystem.

Whether you are looking to complete your initial certifications or seeking more advanced training, the centre provides a structured environment for all levels. The location offers easy access to a variety of underwater topographies, from rocky reefs to significant wreck sites.

The team is composed of experienced, multilingual instructors capable of conducting courses and guided dives in English, French, and Greek. This allows for clear communication and precise instruction, which is essential for both novice divers and those pursuing advanced specialties.

Safety and environmental protection are central to their operation. By diving in protected zones, the team ensures that the local marine life is respected while providing a high standard of guided exploration for every diver.

A full range of PADI courses is available, starting from the Open Water Diver certification through to Advanced Open Water Diver. For those looking to specialise, the centre offers the PADI Wreck Diver course, alongside other certification programmes.

In addition to recreational training, the centre provides Emergency First Aid instruction to ensure divers are prepared for any situation. The teaching approach is personalised, catering to the specific pace and needs of the individual student.

The centre provides a full range of rental kit for those not travelling with their own equipment. They use high-quality brands, including Cressi and Coltri, to ensure reliability and comfort during your dives.

For those looking to maintain their own gear, the centre offers equipment servicing and repair for Cressi products from November to March. This makes it a practical base for divers staying in the region for longer periods.

The marine life at these sites is diverse, with the rocky reefs and walls providing a home for many species. You will frequently encounter groupers, sargus, and moray eels amongst the rocks, as well as octopus and various species of crabs.

Macro life is abundant in the crevices and seagrass meadows. Divers can find nudibranchs, sea anemones, starfish, and various molluscs such as shells and oysters. The presence of crinoids and tube worms adds significant detail to the underwater landscape.

In the open water and around the wrecks, larger pelagics and schooling fish are often present. Tuna and amberjack are known to visit the area, and dolphins are a regular sight in the clearer waters of the peninsula.

The diving environment is characterised by a range of habitats including seagrass meadows, rocky precipices, and sandy bottoms. While the area is accessible year-round, some sites like the Mytilini Wreck are noted for being particularly good to visit between May and mid-June, or from mid-September to the end of October.
