AREA11 DIVING CENTER is situated on the island of La Maddalena, positioned within the protected waters of the Parc National de l'Archipel de La Maddalena. This strategic location provides immediate access to some of the most diverse marine environments in the Mediterranean, spanning the coastlines of Northern Sardinia and Southern Corsica.

The centre operates from March to November, taking advantage of the region's exceptional summer visibility. Whether you are looking for guided snorkeling, introductory dives, or more technical expeditions, the focus remains on authentic marine encounters and environmental respect.

The team is composed of professional dive instructors, experienced guides, and marine biologists. This scientific expertise allows the centre to offer specialised programmes, including marine biology courses and dedicated studies on the habitat of the monk seal.

Safety and personalised service are central to their approach, with an emphasis on keeping groups small. The instructors are international, ensuring a high standard of training and guidance for a diverse range of divers.

A wide variety of training is available, ranging from Try Scuba Diving for beginners to full certification courses. The centre offers specialised instruction in Apnea (freediving) and various Corsi Sub programmes.

Beyond basic certifications, the centre organises underwater expeditions and dedicated weeks focused on snorkeling, freediving, and marine biology.

The centre provides a full range of rental kit, featuring Mares equipment that is regularly serviced and certified. This includes everything required for a complete dive rig.

For those travelling from the mainland, the centre provides logistical support with free transfers from Palau and a shuttle service within La Maddalena, connecting hotels, the port, and the dive centre.
