Located on the island of Utila, Honduras, Freedive Utila stands as the first dedicated freediving training centre in Central America. The course catalogue is extensive, covering a full range of freediving disciplines through AIDA and Molchanovs certifications. Beginners can start with AIDA 1 or Molchanovs Wave 1, with pathways leading through Advanced and Master levels.

For those looking to enter the competitive arena, the centre offers the AIDA Depth Competition Safety course. They also provide specialised training for those aiming to become instructors, with programmes lasting several weeks to ensure a professional standard of instruction.

The centre operates the Slippery Dick for its offshore excursions. This vessel serves as the primary platform for reaching the deeper reef systems surrounding the island.

The centre provides on-site accommodation in a shared guest house and chalets, designed to foster a sense of community among divers. The property includes a dedicated pier, allowing for direct access to the water for training and exploration.
