By limiting boat trips to a maximum of six divers, the centre ensures a relaxed and personalised environment. This approach is ideal for those looking to explore the reefs of the north coast with dedicated attention to detail and safety.

The centre is owned and operated by Brian and Rebe, who maintain a hands-on approach to every dive trip. This direct management ensures that their commitment to environmental responsibility and individual diver care is consistent.

Instruction is provided in both English and Spanish. Whether you are a beginner starting with an Experience Scuba course or an advanced diver, you will find a professional and relaxed atmosphere tailored to your skill level.

Leisure Boutique Divers is a PADI affiliated centre offering a range of certifications. For those new to the water, they offer the Experience Scuba programme to introduce you to the underwater world.

For those looking to progress through their qualifications, the centre provides training for Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver certifications.

The primary vessel is a custom 31-foot Tiara boat designed specifically for diver comfort. It is equipped with padded seats and plenty of space to move around between dives.

On board, you will find a freshwater shower, a dedicated rinse tank for your camera gear, and storage for your equipment. The boat also provides snacks and drinks, including water, sodas, fruit, and biscuits, to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

The centre provides rental kit that is well-maintained and kept in good condition.

Shore-based facilities include dedicated space for equipment storage and rinsing, ensuring your gear stays clean and ready for your next outing.

The reefs of Utila's north coast are home to a variety of large marine life. You can regularly encounter whale sharks, dolphins, and various species of rays.

Looking closer at the reef, you will find a diverse array of resident fish, including eels and many colourful reef fish. The seabed is also home to various species of seahorses.

Small resident fish and corals provide the foundation for this vibrant ecosystem, creating a complex habitat for the local inhabitants.

Dives on the north side of the island are generally characterised by low currents, making them suitable for a wide range of experience levels.
