The centre provides a full range of training, starting with introductory programmes for those new to the sport. You can begin your journey with a baptism dive to experience the sensation of weightlessness in a controlled environment.

For those seeking formal certification, the centre offers standard training pathways including Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver courses. These programmes are designed to build your skills progressively, ensuring you are confident in your buoyancy and navigation before moving on to more advanced underwater environments.

The reefs around Tioman are home to a diverse array of larger marine life. You can regularly observe various species of turtles and several types of sharks, including the Blacktip reef shark (Carcharhinus melanopterus), whitetip sharks, and the Nurse shark (Ginglymostoma cirratum). Large predators like the Great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda) and giant barracuda, along with Jacks (Carangidae), are also part of the local ecosystem.

Colorful reef fish populate the coral structures, providing constant movement and colour. You will encounter various species of Butterflyfish (Chaetodon), Angelfish (Pomacanthidae), Wrasse (Labridae), and Snapper (Lutjanus), as well as schools of Fusilier (Caesio).

For those with a keen eye for detail, the macro life is equally rewarding. The seabed and reef crevices host Nudibranchs (Chromodoris willani), Cuttlefish (Sepiidae), and various Scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae). You may also spot Green moray eels (Gymnothorax funebris) and brown moray eels tucked into the reef architecture.
