Diver Krk Diving centar

Located in the heart of Punat, Diver Krk Diving Centre sits just 100 metres from the shoreline. This central location makes it easy to transition from your accommodation to the water, with the centre being well-integrated into the local community.

Since 1997, the centre has been a fixture of the local diving scene, operating with a capacity to host 50 divers per day. They provide a full range of services, from introductory discovery dives to technical training and boat excursions.

The centre is affiliated with SSI and PSS, providing internationally recognised certifications. The professional team is experienced in a wide variety of disciplines, including wreck and night diving.

Communication is straightforward for international divers, with instructions and support available in English, Croatian, German, and Italian. Whether you are a first-time diver or looking to progress through advanced specialties, the instructors are equipped to guide you.

The training programme is extensive, covering the full SSI curriculum from Discovery Scuba and Junior Open Water Diver through to Open Water Diver. For those looking to advance their skills, the centre offers Deep Scuba Diving, Navigation, and Wreck Diving specialties.

Advanced training options include Stress and Rescue Diver, Nitrox Diver, and Dive Control Specialist. For those pursuing a professional career, the centre provides training for Dive Guide and the DIVECON – Assistant Instructor level.

The centre operates motorboats for excursions, allowing you to reach deeper sites away from the coast. These trips include a professional dive guide to assist you on your outings. Nitrox is available to enhance your bottom times during these excursions.

For those who prefer to travel light, the centre provides full kit hire, including masks, regulators, BCDs, and wetsuits. The facility is designed to be efficient, with a dedicated space for equipment storage and a modern classroom for theory work.

Nitrox is available on-site for divers looking to extend their no-decompression limits. The centre also provides access to private parking for those arriving by car.

The area offers a variety of environments, from the shallow reef flats near the coast to deeper offshore plateaus. Divers can choose between shore-based entries and boat-based excursions depending on the specific site and desired depth.
