Dive Easy

Dive Easy Corfu is situated in Acharavi, offering access to the diverse underwater topography of the Ionian Sea. The centre operates daily, catering to both uncertified beginners and advanced divers looking to explore deeper or more technical environments.

Daily departures typically begin in the morning, with the team selecting dive sites based on the day's specific weather conditions and the skill levels of the group. The area offers a varied landscape, from shallow reefs to deeper wrecks and cavern systems.

The centre is an SSI affiliated dive centre, providing a structured environment for both recreational diving and formal training. All dives are led by certified instructors, and the team follows specific safety procedures, including specialised protocols for diving with children.

Small groups are a priority here, ensuring that every diver receives adequate guidance during their descent and throughout the dive. The instructors are available to lead everything from initial Try Scuba sessions to advanced specialty training.

The centre offers a comprehensive range of SSI courses, starting from the initial Try Scuba Diving and Scuba Diver levels through to Open Water Diver and Advanced Adventurer.

For more experienced divers, the training catalogue includes specialized certifications such as Deep Diving, Wreck Diving, and Cave specialties. The centre also provides technical and skill-based training, including EAN Nitrox, Navigation, Perfect Buoyancy, and Diver Stress & Rescue, as well as professional-level training for those aiming to become a Divemaster.

The fleet includes two main vessels. The Dive Easy I is a RIB boat with a capacity for 12 passengers, powered by a four-stroke engine and designed for efficient transit to the dive sites.

The Dive Easy II is a larger, custom-built speedboat capable of carrying 22 passengers. It is powered by twin Yanmar 315HP engines, allowing for a maximum speed of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 22-24 knots. This boat is well-equipped for longer trips, featuring two toilets, VHF radios, and an onboard entertainment system including a TV, DVD, and USB player. Nitrox is available for use on board, and the vessel is equipped with oxygen for safety.

Dive Easy provides full equipment hire for those not travelling with their own kit. This allows divers to arrive at the centre without the need to transport heavy cylinders or BCDs.

For those who do own their own equipment, the centre offers a discount on dive packages. Safety is prioritised with oxygen kits available on site and on the boats.

Dive sites are selected daily based on the prevailing weather and sea conditions. The centre organises excursions to both the East and West coasts of Corfu to find the most suitable environment for the group's level.
