Located in Agios Georgios Argyradon, Dive Inn Corfu has been a fixture of the local diving scene since its establishment. The centre is positioned to take full advantage of the varied topography of the Corfu coastline, offering a mix of easy shore entries and more technical boat-access dives.

Whether you are looking to complete your first certification or are an experienced diver seeking to explore local wrecks and walls, the centre provides the necessary infrastructure. Their approach is rooted in a deep connection to the Ionian Sea, working alongside the nonprofit organisation ISEA to promote awareness of the local aquatic environment.

The centre is led by George, a chief instructor with 30 years of diving experience and 17 years of professional instruction. This depth of experience ensures that training and guided dives are conducted with a high level of expertise and safety.

The team is dedicated to marine conservation and professional service, operating as an authorised Mares service centre. This allows for reliable kit support and a high standard of equipment maintenance on-site.

The centre offers a comprehensive range of SSI training programmes. Beginners can start with Intro to Scuba or the Basic Diver course, progressing through the standard Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver certifications.

For those looking to expand their skills, several specialty courses are available, including Stress & Rescue and the Science of Diving. The curriculum covers a wide spectrum of expertise, from initial entry into the water to more advanced diver profiles.

The centre operates the WaterCraft 610, a motorised vessel powered by a Suzuki 150 2700cc engine. This boat is configured to carry up to 8 divers with their full kit, making it suitable for smaller groups seeking a more direct route to offshore sites.

Boat trips include access to the Lagoudia island wall and the pre-Byzantine wreck. You can choose between single dives or double boat dives to make the most of your time on the water.

For those preferring to stay close to the beach, the centre has a house reef located directly in front of the facility, offering several shore dive options. Full kit hire is available for divers who do not wish to travel with their own equipment.

Safety is a priority on-site, with oxygen safety equipment available for use. As an authorised Mares service centre, the facility is well-equipped to handle technical needs and equipment requirements.

The local reefs are home to a variety of colourful fish, including parrotfish, amber jacks, yellowfins, and dusky fins. You may also encounter mullets and rays moving through the water.

In the rocky areas and among the sponges, look closely for octopus and moray eels. The presence of Spanish dancers (aka sea rabbits) adds a unique element to the local marine life.

Macro life and smaller inhabitants include various sponges and other invertebrates. Occasionally, you might spot barracuda or lionfish patrolling the deeper sections of the reef.

Diving in this area involves a range of conditions depending on the site. Shore dives at the house reef are generally calm, while boat dives to the Lagoudia wall may involve moderate to strong currents.

Visibility is typically good, ranging between 10 and 50 metres. The site selection depends on your experience level and the current conditions on the day of the dive.
