Annas studios by the sea is a small family-run aparthotel in Sarti, suited to couples, families and small groups who prefer a studio to a conventional hotel room. English, German and Greek are spoken by the hotel team, so you can deal directly with the people looking after your stay. You are in Sarti, Greece, on the seafront and in the centre of the village. Sarti Beach is directly opposite the property, with access also described as a five-minute walk. The beach is golden sand, with sun loungers and parasols for the hours when you have finished with the water but are not ready to go indoors.

The location works well for a stay without constant driving. Stavros is about 0.1 miles away, while Lauer House and Restaurant Kotsaris are each roughly 0.4 miles away. Cafe Kleio is around 0.3 miles away, and Ladario Beach Bar about 0.4 miles away. Achlada Beach is about 0.7 miles away on foot, while Platania Beach is roughly 1.4 miles away.

Thessaloniki Airport is roughly 80 miles away. The wider area also gives you access to Platanitsi Beach, about 3.3 miles away on foot, and the historic site Palio Scholeio, around 4 miles away by road.

The two studios are arranged for three or four guests, making them more useful for a small group or family than a standard double room with a chair awkwardly pressed into service. The Classic Quadruple Room uses a double bed and bunk bed, while the Classic Triple Room combines a double bed with a single bed. Choose the larger layout when everyone needs a proper place to sleep and a little more room around bags, towels and beach gear.

Both units have a private bathroom, terrace and balcony, with one studio offering a partial sea view. Air conditioning matters here, particularly when a day has involved sun, salt and a long spell outside. The refrigerator gives you somewhere to keep water cold, while the kitchenette, cookware, dining table and coffee machine cover the basics for breakfast, a quick meal or the snack you want before heading out.

There is free WiFi throughout the property, along with a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, linen, towels and a clothes rack. The shared outdoor balcony and corridor has its own table and chairs, giving you a place to sit with coffee or a meal without turning the studio into a dining room. You can keep things simple: a swim, a stretch of shade, and enough time for the day's salt to stop announcing itself on your skin.

The property also places several water-based options within the holiday mix, including snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, boat excursions and equipment hire. These give you something to do on a non-diving day without turning the stay into an organised activity programme.

For a change of scenery on land, cultural excursions to Mount Athos and Thessaloniki are available. Car hire can be arranged, which is useful if you want to explore beyond Sarti at your own pace. Laundry facilities are also available, a modest but practical advantage when beachwear seems to reproduce overnight.

Free public parking is available nearby, and you do not need to reserve a space. WiFi is free throughout the property. Car hire, luggage storage, laundry facilities and a reception safe are available, while payments can be made in cash or by credit card.

Check-in starts at 14:00, with arrivals handled between 17:00 and 20:00; arrange your arrival time in advance if you expect to arrive during that window. Check-out is between 09:00 and 12:00. There is no age requirement for check-in, and children of any age are welcome, although children aged three and over are treated as adults for occupancy purposes.

Cots and extra beds are not available, so the existing sleeping arrangements matter when you travel with children or as a small group. Quiet hours run from 14:00 to 17:00. Smoking and parties are not permitted, and pets are not accepted.
