Lykiaworld Diving Centre

Located in the Blue Lagoon area of Ölüdeniz, Lykiaworld Diving Centre (LWDC) provides access to some of the most diverse marine environments in the Fethiye region. The centre has been operating since 1991, originally starting in Marmaris before moving its operations to the Ölüdeniz sector eight years ago.

The diving here ranges from shallow reef flats to steep walls and interesting underwater structures. Whether you are looking to complete your first certification or are an experienced diver seeking technical specialties, the centre's long-standing presence in the area ensures a well-established local knowledge of the best sites.

As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre (IDC), LWDC is equipped to handle the entire spectrum of diver progression. They offer training for everyone from those taking their first breaths underwater to professionals working towards their Open Water Scuba Instructor rating.

The instructor team is multilingual, providing guidance in English, German, Russian, and Turkish. This allows for clear communication during training and guided dives, which is essential for both safety and the learning process.

Safety and small group sizes are the centre's primary operational focus. They aim to tailor dive experiences to the individual's ability, ensuring that groups remain manageable and suited to the specific experience level of the divers on board.

The course catalogue is extensive, covering all PADI certification levels. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving or the PADI Scuba Diver course, progressing through to Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver.

For those looking to specialise, the centre offers a variety of PADI Specialty courses, including Nitrox, Deep Diver, Night Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, and Underwater Photographer. They also facilitate DPV (Diver Propulsion Vehicle) training using SEABOB units.
