Horizons Sky Bar and Cigar Lounge sits on the rooftop, with signature cocktails, wine, spirits, cigars and tapas, plus views towards Kota Kinabalu, the sea and Mount Kinabalu. Three pools give the resort a fair amount of water-based lounging without asking you to put a mask on.
