Around Barkers National Park, the possibilities include walking trails, bird watching, kite surfing, horseback riding and picnics.

That leaves the evening pleasantly under-scheduled. Read by the pool, sit on the patio, or make use of the outdoor dining space while the light goes down. After a serious day in the water, doing less is sometimes the more ambitious plan.
