Seals Diving Center

Established in 2017, Seals Diving Center is a highly accredited PADI Platinum 5 Star Instructor Development Center based in Piraeus, Athens. Its location provides a direct gateway to the diverse marine environments of the Saronic Gulf and surrounding waters.

The centre is built around a commitment to high safety standards and professional development. Whether you are looking to complete your first Open Water Diver course or are pursuing a career as a PADI Instructor, the facility is designed to support serious divers at every stage of their journey.

The team is led by experienced professionals, including a PADI Platinum Course Director. This high level of expertise ensures that the instruction provided, particularly for professional and technical tracks, meets the most rigorous industry standards.

As a 100% PADI AWARE centre, the staff is dedicated to marine environmental protection. All students are covered by DAN Europe insurance, reflecting the centre's focus on safety and risk management through the DAN HIRA level 1 programme.

The course catalogue is extensive, covering everything from PADI Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver to professional levels such as Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, and the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC).

Technical divers can access specialised training including Tec 40, Tec 45, Tec 50, and Tec Trimix courses, as well as Tec Sidemount. The centre also offers Ocean Reef certifications for full-face mask usage and underwater communications.

On-site technical capabilities include a 345 litres per minute compressor with a 156,000-litre air storage capacity, allowing up to eight cylinders to be filled simultaneously. They provide gas blending services for Nitrox and Trimix, and the facility includes a dedicated briefing room, charging tanks, and a classroom.

Shore-based facilities are designed for comfort between dives, featuring hot showers, lockers, and Wi-Fi. The centre also offers equipment maintenance and visual cylinder inspections.
