For two people, the sea-view suites give you the strongest reason to stay here: a proper outlook towards the Adriatic, a balcony, a seating area and enough space to stop the room becoming a drying room for clothes and a storage unit for luggage at the same time. The Deluxe Double Room with its extra-large double bed is the more compact couple’s choice.

Travelling as a small family or with friends? The larger garden- and pool-view suites sleep up to four and have two bathrooms, which removes one of the classic holiday arguments before it starts. The family room is more modest and suits two people, while the biggest sea-view suite gives a couple generous elbow room or a group a more workable layout.

Refrigeration and an electric kettle matter more than brochures admit: cold water and a quick drink are valuable when you come back tired, salty and hungry. It is not presented as a grab-and-go operation, and there is no breakfast or continuous snacking service to build your dive schedule around. Plan accordingly, particularly if your morning starts early.

For a change of scene, Konoba Bonaca is about 0.2 miles away, with cafés nearby for a simpler coffee or drink. Marinero is roughly 0.2 miles from the hotel and Caffe Bar Levant around 0.4 miles away. The choice is therefore not limited to eating in, although the hotel’s own terrace is the one with the archipelago view.

If you still have energy left, cycling, canoeing, windsurfing and fishing are available, while bike tours and bicycle rental give you ways to leave the immediate waterfront.
