Caddebostan 1 Beach is about 2.3 miles away by car, with Caddebostan 2 Beach a little farther on at about 2.7 miles.

Kadıköy gives you a useful urban base. Several restaurants sit within a very short walk, including Maya Ev Yemekleri & Cafe, Urartu Van Kahvaltı Cafe and Lavash. For a drink or a tea, 53 Çay Ocağı, Olimpiyat Bira Salonu and Mami Cafe are close by too. The nearest metro and rail connections are around 0.6 to 0.7 miles away on foot, including Kadıköy Metro Station and Marmaray Ayrılık Çeşmesi.

The classic sights on the historic side of the city are not next door, but they are within reach. Maiden’s Tower is about 3.2 miles away by car, while the Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace and Galata Tower are roughly 3 to 3.7 miles away by car. This is a city stay with water nearby, not a beach resort wearing a city’s name.

The sensible choice here is to think in terms of how you travel. For a couple, the studios with a king-size bed keep the arrangement simple; for three people, a king bed with a sofa bed gives you a separate sleeping option without moving into a full family layout. That is the advantage of an aparthotel in a city where dinner can otherwise become a small logistical exercise.

There is no need to manufacture a programme inside the building. Khalkedon Suites works better as a base for exploring Kadıköy and the waterfront at your own pace. A walk towards Moda, a pause by the sea or an unhurried coffee in the neighbourhood gives you something to do without turning the afternoon into another organised activity.

If you want more greenery, Acıbadem Sokullu Parkı is about 0.6 miles away, while Kemal Sunal Parkı ve Ekolojik Yaşam Merkezi is about 1.3 miles away. Moda Sea Club is around 1.6 miles away, and the İstanbul Yelken Kulübü and Kalamış Yelken Kulübü are each about 2.3 miles away by car.

Back at the hotel, the apartment layout is the main leisure feature: make tea, put something simple on the table, use the sofa and choose a film or streaming service. It is not a resort programme. It is a practical city stay, which is often exactly what you want when the alternative is another polished schedule.

Check-in runs from 15:00 to 23:30, with check-out from 08:00 to 11:00. Reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00, and self-check-in is available outside that pattern. You need to provide identification or a passport before arrival, show photo identification and a credit card at check-in, and tell the property when you expect to arrive.
