The centre has been a fixture in the local diving community for over 15 years. It provides a professional base for those looking to explore the Mediterranean through both recreational diving and structured international training programmes.

The centre is led by an instructor with extensive experience in industrial and scientific diving, bringing a high level of technical proficiency to the team. This expertise ensures that both recreational enthusiasts and those seeking more structured training are in capable hands.

Oceanids is multi-affiliated, offering certifications through PADI, CMAS, and SSI. The team is experienced in delivering these international standards to a global clientele, with instruction available in both Turkish and English.

Oceanids provides a comprehensive range of training, from initial qualifications to professional-level certifications. You can complete your PADI Open Water Diver or SSI Open Water Diver courses here, as well as advanced training such as PADI Advanced Open Water or the SSI Advanced Adventurer.

For those looking to progress further, the centre offers SSI Stress & Rescue and the SSI Dive Master programme. The curriculum also includes CMAS 1-star and 2-star certifications, alongside EFR (Emergency First Response) training.

The centre operates a vessel with a capacity for 45 passengers, facilitating multiple departures throughout the day. The boat is equipped with a sun deck and a freshwater shower for use between dives.

In addition to daytime excursions, the centre organises night dives, allowing you to experience the local reefs under torchlight. Turkish hospitality is provided on board, including tea for guests.

The reefs around Kaş are teeming with life, particularly around the rocky structures and wrecks. You will regularly encounter Grouper (Epinephelinae), various species of Ray, and Moray eel (Muraenidae) amongst the crevices.

Pelagic life and larger species are also part of the local ecosystem, with sightings of Amberjack and sea turtles being common. Damselfish and various species of Lagos are frequently seen around the reef flats.

For those interested in macro life, the area supports a variety of smaller inhabitants. You can look for Octopus (Octopoda) and various species of small crustaceans tucked into the reef architecture.

The diving in Kaş is accessible year-round, with the centre operating in all seasons. The topography includes everything from shallow reef flats to significant vertical walls.
