The instructional team is led by highly experienced divers with decades of expertise. Heather Sutter, an instructor since 1991 and an Instructor Trainer since 1993, is a Full Cave Diver who brings a wealth of technical knowledge to her students.

Bob Henn complements the team with a diving history dating back to 1978. A Full Cave Diver since 1994, Bob specialises in deep diving, technical diving, and the use of various breathing gases, as well as professional equipment maintenance.

The school offers a comprehensive curriculum through PADI, RAID, and NAUI affiliations. Beginners can start with the Open Water Diver course, progressing through Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver certifications.

For those looking to move into technical territory, the centre provides specialised training in Sidemount Diving, Cavern Diving, and Full Cave Diver certifications. They also support advanced divers through Rebreather Diving courses and technical diving programmes. For those who maintain their own gear, the on-site service department handles a variety of technical repairs, including regulator servicing, VIP (Visual Inspection Program) cylinder inspections, hydrostatic testing, and oxygen cleaning. The gas blending station is capable of mixing any Nitrox blend and can provide pure oxygen for deco or medical use, with 32% Nitrox readily available in stock.
