Lanterna Beach is 2.2 miles away, with the drive taking around five minutes. Trieste’s historic centre is within reach for a proper wander: Piazza Unità d’Italia is about 1.6 miles away, San Giusto Castle around 1.4 miles, and the Roman Theatre roughly 1.4 miles. A bus stop is five minutes away on foot, and Trieste Train Station is about 1.3 miles from the villa.

The accommodation divides neatly between guest rooms and apartments. Choose an apartment when a kitchenette and refrigerator will make the difference between heading out again and assembling something easy in your own space. Final cleaning is included, which is one less job waiting for you at the end of the stay. The Studio is the practical choice for two when self-catering matters; the Superior Studio gives you more room to spread out.

For a straightforward night, the Double Room keeps things simple with a king-size bed, private bathroom and satellite television. Air conditioning matters when Trieste has done its best to keep you warm all day, while heating covers the cooler months. Hardwood or parquet flooring, towels, a hairdryer, shower and bidet take care of the basics, and the lift reaches the upper floors.

Trieste’s museums, Roman Theatre, castle and Piazza Unità d’Italia give you plenty to do between outings without turning the stay into a compulsory sightseeing programme.

Trieste Airport is about 18 miles away, with a driving time of roughly 34 minutes. Rijeka Airport is the longer alternative at around 47 miles and about 1 hour 24 minutes by car. If you are arriving by train, Trieste Train Station is approximately 1.3 miles away. The villa has free private parking on site, and you do not need to reserve a space.

Check-in runs from 16:00 to 22:00, and you need to let the property know your arrival time in advance. Check-out is from 08:00 to 11:00. Late arrivals after 22:30 carry an additional charge and require confirmation, so this is not the place to leave your arrival plans vague and hope for the best.
