The team is led by founder Bassel Ounah, a PADI Elite Freediving Instructor. The instructional staff includes Ashraf Nahlous, the Operations Manager, and Saf Safwan Kojak, a Scuba and Freediving Instructor. Most instructors on site bring over 10 years of experience to their roles.

Safety is integrated into the centre's operational DNA. They utilise a strict buddy system and limit the number of divers per buoy to ensure comfort and safety during outings. The centre also maintains EFR services on-site and carries oxygen cylinders for emergency use.

For those looking to move into more technical or niche areas, the centre offers Sidemount Diver, Drift Diving, and Self Reliant Diver courses. They also host the Zero To Hero programme for those looking to progress rapidly through their certifications.
