The instructional team is composed of highly qualified professionals, with many instructors capable of descending beyond 50 metres and holding their breath for more than 5 minutes. Freediving Central offers a comprehensive range of SSI certifications. You can begin with a Try Freediving session before progressing through the formal Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 – Master Freediving courses. The local waters are home to a variety of resident species, including parrotfish and squid. You may also encounter dolphins during your dives in the region.

In Timor Leste, the marine life is truly spectacular, with frequent sightings of blue whales, humpback whales, sperm whales, orcas, and short-beaked pilot whales. Dolphins are also common in these waters.

Seasonal encounters can include manta rays in Fiji and reef sharks, though specific timing for these sightings varies. The area is a significant habitat for large marine mammals, making it a premier location for those interested in pelagic encounters.
