Carmen Beach is 0.7 miles from the property by road, with Mar Azul and Mal Pais Beach around 2.4 and 2.5 miles away. Canchas natural park is about 0.5 miles away, and Montezuma Waterfall is roughly 9 miles away by road. Cobano Airport is 8 miles away, with a drive of about 26 minutes.

The useful distinction here is not a long list of room names but how you plan to use the space. A Studio Apartment gives a couple or small group a kitchenette, dining area and seating area in one self-contained base, while the One-Bedroom Villa is the sensible direction when you want more separation and a little more room around the luggage. Family rooms are available, and some units are entirely on the ground floor.

Every unit has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a fan and either a balcony or patio. After a hot day outdoors, air conditioning does the heavy lifting; the fan gives you another way to move the air at night. Soundproofing, a private entrance and views towards the garden or inner courtyard add useful everyday detail, while outdoor furniture gives you somewhere to sit rather than leaving every conversation to the edge of the bed.

The kitchen setup is properly usable for a simple meal or breakfast: refrigerator, stovetop, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and a dining table. That means cold water when you come back tired, and the option of making something yourself instead of turning dinner into another logistical exercise. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and streaming services is there for the evening, with free WiFi throughout the property.

Your food arrangements are self-catering in practice. The apartments give you the basic tools for a straightforward breakfast, a plate of leftovers or a proper meal when you would rather stay put: a fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, cookware and a dining area. That suits you if independence matters and the idea of finding dinner locally sounds preferable to dressing for a dining room after a day outside.

The garden and outdoor seating keep the setting open and informal, with views towards the garden or inner courtyard from some units.

Yoga classes and a fitness centre cover the more structured options, while massage is available when your shoulders have had enough of carrying bags, fins or the day’s general nonsense. Cycling, bike tours and walking tours offer gentler movement, and the area also supports snorkelling, horse riding, hiking, fishing and golf within 3 miles. Some of these activities carry an additional charge, but they are available on or around the property rather than requiring you to turn the whole afternoon into a major production.

Cobano Airport is about 8 miles away, around 26 minutes by car. An airport shuttle and a general shuttle service are available to arrange with the property. If you are driving, private parking is available on site and is free; spaces cannot be reserved. Private check-in and check-out, concierge service and luggage storage are useful when your arrival or departure does not line up neatly with the room.
