Easydivers is situated in the Marina de Albufeira, serving as a central hub for diving in the Algarve. As a Diamond SSI and PADI centre, it is positioned to handle everything from introductory dives to high-level technical training.

The centre is deeply integrated into the local maritime community, participating in environmental and art projects such as EDP ArtReef by VHILS and the Blue Oceans initiative. This connection to the local ecosystem provides a solid foundation for their educational programmes.

The team consists of professional instructors dedicated to safety and high-standard training. They are able to communicate with a wide range of international divers, with staff speaking English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, and German.

Safety is a primary focus, with a strict diver-to-guide ratio of two divers per guide. The centre also manages a range of specialized training, including Search & Recovery and Diver Stress & Rescue, ensuring that both recreational and professional divers are well-supported.

The training catalogue is extensive, covering the full spectrum of PADI and SSI certifications. Beginners can start with the Try SCR Horizon or Basic Diver programmes, progressing through Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver levels.

For more experienced divers, the centre offers advanced specialties including Wreck Diving, Deep Diving, Navigation, and Perfect Buoyancy. They also provide technical training paths such as Extended Range, Extended Range XR Nitrox, and rebreather support with SCR Horizon courses. Professionals can pursue Dive Master, Assistant Instructor, and Instructor levels, with additional training in Gas Blender Nitrox and Marine Ecology.

The centre features a fully equipped shop that handles both retail and equipment servicing. For divers arriving with their own kit, there are individual lockers and hot showers available on-site to facilitate a comfortable transition between the shore and the water.

For those requiring rental equipment, a full range of kit is available, including wetsuits, fins, and masks. Specialized items such as dive computers and torches can also be hired for night dives or technical excursions.

The local waters are home to a diverse array of species. You can regularly observe octopus (Octopus vulgaris), moray eels (Muraenidae), and conger eels (Congridae) amongst the rocky structures. Sea bass and sea bream (Sparidae) are also frequently encountered in the area.

For those interested in macro life, the Algarve provides excellent opportunities to find nudibranchs (Chromodoris willani) and various species of crabs (Brachyura). Small residents like seahorses (Hippocampus kuda) and scorpionfish (Scorpaenidae) add detail to the reef flats.

In the larger habitats, look out for cuttlefish (Sepiidae) and various species of lobster (Homaridae). Sea urchins and large spider crabs are also common sights on the seabed.
