Scuba Doo

Located in the Bavaro area of Punta Cana, Scuba Doo provides a unique approach to exploring the Caribbean seabed. The centre focuses on an immersive experience through the use of Scuba Doo underwater scooters, which allow you to glide through the water with your head and shoulders above the surface. This design provides a wide panoramic view of the surroundings while allowing for natural breathing.

This method of exploration is particularly well-suited for those who want to see the reefs without the restriction of a mask or snorkel. It offers a comfortable way to observe the local marine environment in the Dominican Republic, making the ocean accessible to a wide range of ages and experience levels.

The centre is designed to be inclusive, catering to divers of all ages. The Scuba Doo experience is suitable for children starting from 10 years old, as well as seniors over 70.

Because the equipment allows for normal breathing without a mask, there are no restrictions regarding weight, height, or the use of corrective lenses. The service is conducted in English to accommodate international visitors exploring the Punta Cana region.

The centre operates the Panoramic One, a glass-bottom boat designed for viewing the reef from above. This vessel allows you to observe the marine life and coral formations through the floor of the boat, providing an alternative way to experience the underwater scenery of Bavaro.
