The feel is lively rather than discreet. A waterpark, casino, kids' club, live music and broadcast sports all sit alongside the beach and wellness facilities, so you can choose your own level of activity. You are in Kerynia, directly on the coast at Acapulco Beach. The beach is sandy, with sun loungers and parasols, and the hotel has its own private beach area. That makes the geography refreshingly simple: room, breakfast, sand, sea, and back again without a transfer between each part of the day.

The resort is outside the main centre rather than in a town street lined with restaurants. Girne Castle is about 6 miles away by road, while Bellapais Abbey is about 5 miles away and Buffavento Castle about 9 miles away. If you fancy a change from the resort, those are proper outings rather than a quick stroll around the corner.

Ercan Airport is about 17 miles away by road. Larnaca International Airport is considerably farther, at about 47 miles by road, so the arrival route matters when you plan flights and transfers.

The room choice is really about how much space and outdoor access you want. A standard double keeps things straightforward for a couple, while the sea-view double is the one to choose when opening the curtains onto the coast matters more than having extra room. The twin room with terrace gives you more breathing space and a proper outdoor area, useful when you prefer not to spend every waking minute in the main resort areas.

For families or anyone who dislikes living out of a small suitcase, the garden-view suite is the more practical direction. It offers substantially more room than the standard categories, while the standard bungalow gives a separate-feeling option with room for a larger party. The room cards show the exact sleeping arrangements, so check those carefully before booking rather than assuming every larger category uses the same beds.

Breakfast is a continental buffet, served from 07:00 at Sunset Restaurant. The same restaurant also covers lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30, with international cooking and ingredients from Tarsan Çiftliği. Fresh pastries, local specialities and a range of drinks make the morning buffet a useful starting point before a day outside, rather than an afterthought involving a packet of biscuits.

Evening choice is broader than the main restaurant. Maza Ocakbaşı serves Turkish food on its terrace from 16:00 until midnight, with kebabs and grilled meats at the centre of the menu. Roqa Fish brings seafood into the line-up, while Sea Side and Olive Moon Rise complete the resort's five named dining venues. The available meal information is strongest for Sunset Restaurant and Maza Ocakbaşı, so check what is operating during your dates if a particular venue matters.

There are five named bars: Man's Club, Moqa Lounge, Piano Bar, Aqua Bar and Marin Beach Club. The last is specifically a beach bar, which is the useful one to remember when you are still wearing the day around your shoulders and do not want to negotiate the full resort before finding a drink.

Three pools give you alternatives to the beach: the Infinity Pool, a heated indoor pool and a salt-water pool. The hotel also has a waterpark with a waterslide, sun terraces, loungers and parasols. The aqua park closes from 20 November to 10 April, while the Theme Park closes from October to June, so these are seasonal facilities rather than dependable year-round fixtures.

Ocean Spa & Wellness is the quieter counterweight to the resort's busier side. You can book massage, facial treatments, body scrubs, mud baths, body wraps, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, a relaxation area and spa packages. Couples massage is available, as are hand, head, neck, back, foot and full-body treatments. After several days of salt, sun and kit logistics, that is a more convincing plan than pretending the fitness centre will see you every morning.

For those who still have energy left, the resort has a fitness centre, fitness classes, Pilates, tennis courts and tennis equipment, table tennis, billiards and a games room. Live music and evening entertainment add a reason to stay on site after dinner, while the casino offers another late option.
