Europe Square is around 0.1 mile away, and Larnaca Marina takes about four minutes on foot. This is a proper town-and-seafront location, not a property marooned behind a ring road.

The surrounding streets give you plenty of reasons to leave the apartment without planning an expedition. Gloria Jean’s Coffees is about 150 feet away, Starbucks around 400 feet, and Heads & Tails roughly 0.2 mile. Saint Lazarus Square and the Byzantine Museum of Saint Lazarus are each about 0.4 mile away, while Larnaca Medieval Castle is around 0.4 mile from the property. Larnaca Salt Lake lies about 1.7 miles away.

Larnaca International Airport is about 2.3 miles away by road. A bus station is roughly 350 feet from the building, which is handy when you want to move around without making every outing a taxi decision.

The sensible choice here depends on how much space you want around your day. Couples can keep things compact with a studio or smaller apartment, including options with a partial or full sea view. If the view matters more than having the largest floor plan, the sea-facing apartments and suites put the Mediterranean where you will actually notice it: from the living space or balcony rather than on a distant postcard.

For families or two couples, the larger apartments and suites offer separate living and dining areas, several bathrooms in some categories, and enough room to avoid the classic holiday problem of four people queueing for one shower. For something further out, Camel Park is around 10 miles away and Larnaca Salt Lake is about 1.7 miles from the property.

There is no organised programme to fit around and no need to invent one. You can stay in the apartment, use the kitchen and dining area, or walk straight into the cafés, bars, shops and services around Finikoudes. After a demanding day, that lack of ceremony can be rather more useful than another timetable.
