You are in Kaş, Turkey, at Andifli Mahallesi on İbiş Çıkmazı Sokak. The hotel sits directly on the beachfront, with the sea around 30 metres away and a private beach area on site. Little pebble Beach is about 0.4 miles away on foot, roughly a seven-minute walk.

Kaş Bus Station is about 500 metres away, so arriving or leaving by bus does not require a complicated transfer across town. The yacht marina is a four-minute walk away, while the Atatürk Statue takes around four minutes on foot and the Lycian Rock Tombs around six minutes.

You are also close to dinner without needing transport. Viva Kaş, Sardunya Restaurant and Gün Batımı Meyhanesi are all around 50 feet away, with Echo Bar roughly 900 feet from the hotel. The Hellenistic Theatre is farther out, about 1.6 miles away on foot.

The rooms are arranged for two people, with large king-size beds, balconies, air conditioning, a minibar, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee machine. After a long day in the water, that combination matters more than a decorative lobby: cold drinks, a place to sit outside and a room that can be cooled down before sleep.

For the view, choose a sea-view room. The private-bathroom sea-view option gives you the clearest match between what you see from the room and what you came to Kaş for, while the penthouse double room is the more compact choice for a couple travelling light. The ground-floor economy room keeps things simple and avoids the stairs to the upper floors.

Upper floors are reached by stairs only, so the lower-floor option is the sensible call if stairs after diving are not your favourite form of exercise.
