Djerba–Zarzis International Airport is about 17 miles away by road. An airport shuttle is available, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service; arrange the transfer with the property before travelling. Free private parking is available on site, with no reservation required, and car hire can be arranged if you want to explore beyond the immediate resort area.

Check-in runs from 14:00 to 23:30, and you need to tell the hotel your expected arrival time in advance.
