Kaş's useful landmarks are within walking range. The Atatürk Statue is about 0.2 miles away, the Lycian Rock Tombs around 0.3 miles, and the bus station roughly 0.5 miles. The Hellenistic Theatre is farther out, at about 1.7 miles.

You also have restaurants and bars close by, including Meyhane Myra about 0.1 miles away and Derya Beach & Cafe around 0.1 miles away. The waterfront location gives you a practical base for town, beaches and evening food rather than an isolated resort routine.

For two people, the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View is the obvious choice if the view matters when you are not in the water. The balcony gives you somewhere to sit with a drink, while the sea-facing setting keeps the room tied to Kaş rather than making it feel like any anonymous hotel room.

Couples who simply want a king-size bed and a more compact base can look at the Standard Double Room or the Small Double Room. The latter is a genuinely small option, best suited to travellers who spend their waking hours outside. For three, the Standard Triple Room or Comfort Triple Room uses a king-size bed with a single bed; the Triple Room has three single beds, which may be the cleaner arrangement for friends travelling together.

Air conditioning matters when the day has involved sun, salt and a wetsuit. Rooms also have soundproofing, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with towels, slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer. Private parking is free at a nearby location, with reservation required; this is worth sorting out before arrival rather than assuming a seafront address will have a spare space waiting.
