The waters around Larnaca are home to a variety of larger pelagic species and resident reef life. You may encounter Tuna (Thunnus) and Amberjack (Seriola) cruising the area, while Barracuda (Sphyraena) and various species of seabream (Sparidae) are common sights around the wrecks.

In the rocky areas and around the structures of the wrecks, look out for Grouper (Epinephelinae), Moray eel (Muraenidae), and Lionfish (Pterois volitans). You might also spot resident turtles or the Loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta) moving through the water column.

For those interested in smaller, more intricate life, the seabed and crevices host Octopus (Octopoda), Seahorse (Hippocampus), and various species of Wrasse (Labridae).
