The rooftop pool, garden and city-centre address keep the setting distinctly urban. Miami is right outside; the sea is part of the view, but this is not a beachfront address.

Public transport is close enough to be useful rather than decorative. College/Bayside rail station is about 500 feet away, First Street station around 1,200 feet, and Government Center metro station roughly half a mile away. Caffé Fiorino is around 100 feet from the property, with several restaurants and bars close by when cooking feels like an unnecessary complication.
