Established in 2019, the centre focuses on educational adventure experiences for a wide age range. They operate as an eco-conscious provider, working to minimise environmental impact through practices such as the reduction of single-use plastics.

The centre is an SSI Diving Organisation with a team of experienced, service-oriented professional instructors. They follow SSI’s quality and safety standards for all training and guided diving operations.

Seabunny Scubacations provides a full range of SSI training, from introductory programmes to advanced certifications. Beginners can start with the Try Scuba programme or work towards their SSI Open Water Diver course.

For those looking to progress their skills, the centre offers the SSI Advanced Adventurer Diver course. They also provide extended fun dive opportunities for divers looking to log more time on the reef.

The centre utilises custom-built high-speed dive boats to reach the surrounding islands. These vessels are designed to provide efficient transit to sites like Sipadan and Mataking.

Onboard, you will find a dive guide to assist with your dives. The boats are equipped to provide lunch, coffee, tea, snacks, and drinking water during your trips. For those interested in capturing the underwater world, underwater photography services are also available.

For those travelling with their own kit, the centre offers scuba diving gear hire. They also provide snorkel and mask rentals for those opting for surface trips.

To support their environmental commitment, the centre avoids the use of plastic water bottles on their trips.

The reefs are teeming with large pelagics and schooling fish. You can expect to see great barracuda, rainbow runners, and large numbers of green and hawksbill turtles. Schools of fusiliers, soldierfish, and jackfish are common, alongside bumphead parrot fish and sweetlips.

For macro enthusiasts, the area is a specialist's dream. The sites host a diverse collection of small organisms, including flamboyant cuttlefish, blue-ringed octopus, and various species of seahorses and pipefish. You can also find frogfish, crocodile fish, fire gobies, and spike-fin gobies tucked into the reef structure.

The seabed and reef flats are home to many crustaceans and molluscs, such as moray eels, lobsters, and various species of gobies. Blue-spot stingrays and hawksbill turtles are also frequently sighted near the sandy areas and reef edges.

The hard and soft coral cover provides the essential architecture for this biodiversity, supporting everything from colourful starfish to delicate feathered starfish and various anemones.

The best time to visit the region is from March to June, when the area experiences the least amount of rain. Conversely, November is typically the most humid month of the year.

Sipadan features a significant wall that drops to 600 metres, and some sites require a short walk on the beach before entering the water for a drop-off dive.
