Love Bubble Diving & Lodge

Love Bubble Diving & Lodge is an independent operation established in 2013, situated at the northern tip of Ambaro Beach in Nosy Be. The centre is designed for divers seeking a balance of professional service and a relaxed, social atmosphere. It is positioned within a tropical garden with direct access to the water, making the transition from the lodge to the boat seamless.

The centre operates as a PADI and CMAS affiliated facility, catering to both recreational explorers and those looking to advance their technical knowledge. With its own lodge on-site, it provides a cohesive experience for those wanting to combine their diving schedule with comfortable accommodation in a small-scale setting.

The centre is run with a focus on a social and family-oriented atmosphere, ensuring a personal approach to every dive. Instructors hold both PADI and CMAS qualifications, providing a broad range of expertise for various certification levels.

Safety and group management are central to the operation, with a maximum ratio of five divers per guide. For those needing assistance with language, the team is proficient in both English and Italian.

The centre offers a variety of training programmes through PADI and CMAS. This includes introductory courses such as Baptesimi Subacquei for those new to the water.

For more experienced divers, the centre provides Nitrox training, including short theoretical courses to obtain the Nitrox certification on-site. This allows divers to extend their bottom times and manage their nitrogen loading more effectively during multi-dive days.

The centre operates a 10-metre rigid hull boat powered by twin 140 CV Suzuki 4T motors, providing reliable transit to the surrounding dive sites. The vessel is designed to carry up to 10 divers and 2 guides comfortably.

On board, the boat is equipped with a sunshade to provide relief from the tropical sun and a cooler for refreshments. The boat is configured for various types of diving, including day trips and night dives, and carries Nitrox for use during explorations.

The centre provides full equipment hire for divers who prefer not to transport their own kit. This includes all necessary components for a complete dive rig.

Safety is prioritised with a comprehensive emergency kit on board, including a DAN kit for underwater emergencies and a standard first aid kit. The facility is also equipped with oxygen for emergency use.

The waters around Nosy Be are home to a variety of pelagic species. You can regularly encounter dolphins and sharks during your dives, alongside various nudibranchs on the reef.

Depending on the time of year, you may have the chance to see larger marine life, including whale sharks, humpback whales, and giant manta rays. These seasonal visitors bring significant interest to the local dive sites.

The reef ecosystems support a healthy population of diverse marine life, providing a constant source of interest for macro photographers and reef enthusiasts alike.
