Smaller inhabitants add significant detail to the underwater landscape. Moray eel (Muraenidae) are often found tucked into the reef crevices, while whitetip sharks and leopard shark (Triakis semifasciata) may be seen cruising the edges of the reef. Clownfish (Amphiprion) remain a staple of the healthy coral colonies found throughout the reserve.
