For two people, the choice is mainly about how you want the room to open onto the island. The sea-view option gives you the obvious visual reward, while a balcony room gives you somewhere to sit outside without turning the bed into your only chair. City-view and standard double rooms keep things simpler, and twin-bed options are useful when sharing with a friend who has strong views about personal space.

If three people are travelling together, the triple layout gives you a single bed alongside an extra-large double bed. It is the practical choice for a small family or a diving trio, though the room remains compact rather than sprawling. Family rooms are available, and children of any age are welcome; extra beds can be requested for children aged 0 to 12, subject to the chosen room and availability. Cots are not available.

Air conditioning helps with the warm, salty end of the day, while a fan is also available. Depending on your room, you may have a balcony, terrace or sea view. Rooms include a refrigerator, electric kettle, wardrobe or dressing room, drying rack and desk, with soundproofing and extra-long beds also listed among the room features. There is no need to turn every afternoon into an activity, of course. The sun terrace is perfectly capable of hosting a long, unproductive spell.

Airport transfers are available by shuttle, with the island reached by speedboat from Malé International Airport. The transfer takes around 90 minutes, so build that crossing into your arrival and departure plans rather than treating the guesthouse as an airport-side stop. The hotel's tour desk and concierge can help organise excursions and local outings once you are there.

Check-in runs from 12:00 to 00:00, and check-out from 00:00 to 12:00. There is no age requirement for check-in, although anyone under 18 must arrive with a parent or official guardian. The property accepts cash payments, and parties or events are not allowed. Pets are not permitted.
