In the seagrass meadows and rocky crevices, look for Southern stingray (Hypanus americanus), various species of turtle, and colorful sea slugs. The presence of Red Sea moray eels and lionfish adds a distinct character to the local biodiversity.

During the months of May and June, the area sees an increase in larger pelagic activity, including schools of Great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda). You may also encounter Trumpetfish (Aulostomidae) and various species of wrasse near the reef structures.

Currents in the area are generally weak to moderate, though they can become more noticeable when diving more exposed sites like Octopus Riff or Pinacle Riff. Most of the sheltered bays and cave systems offer calm conditions suitable for a wide range of experience levels.

The topography varies from shallow, protected sandy bottoms to steep walls and deep wrecks, allowing for a variety of dive profiles depending on the swell and local conditions.
