The centre is led by two highly experienced PADI instructors, Kelly Quirantes and Kim Jaloustre. Kelly is a Full Cave diver with over 1000 dives, offering specialised knowledge of the intricate cenote systems and jungle environments.

Kim brings a scientific perspective to every excursion as a marine biologist with over 1500 dives. This allows the centre to offer unique 'BIO' dives, where the biological aspects of the reef are integrated into the diving experience. The team is multilingual, providing instruction and guidance in English, French, and Spanish.

The curriculum covers the full PADI range, from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water Diver to Advanced Open Water Diver. For those looking to refine their skills, Scuba Refresh and various specialty courses are available, including Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, and Underwater Photography.

They also offer specialised training such as Navigation, Buoyancy, and Underwater Naturalist. For divers looking to move into technical territory, the centre is equipped to handle advanced training needs.

The centre provides a full range of rental kit for divers who do not wish to carry their own. This includes regulators, wetsuits, fins, and torches for night diving.

For those staying in Playa del Carmen, the centre provides transfers to the dive sites. For whale shark excursions, pickups are arranged from Cancun to ensure you reach the water efficiently.

The reefs of the Yucatan offer a vast array of tropical life. You will regularly see parrotfish, surgeonfish, angelfish, and various species of grunts. The seafloor is home to sea turtles, eagle rays, and stingrays, while larger predators like barracuda and moray eels patrol the reef edges.

During the winter months, from November to March, you can encounter bull sharks. If you are visiting between mid-June and mid-September, there are opportunities to snorkel with whale sharks and manta rays.

In the cenotes, the environment shifts to freshwater species, including various fish and the presence of bats in the air domes. You may also find fossils and unique geological structures like elephant feet and stalactites.
