SAii Phi Phi Island Village is a beachfront resort on Phi Phi Don, built around a private stretch of sand in Loh Ba Gao Bay. Couples can look towards the king-bed villas, particularly the sea-view categories, while the Two-Bedroom Family Bungalow and the two-bedroom ocean-view pool villa give larger groups separate sleeping areas and more than one bathroom in selected categories.

The resort also offers a floating breakfast, breakfast in your room and a buffet breakfast with continental, vegetarian, Asian and American choices.

There are two named bars. bean / Co handles coffee and treats, while The Beach House provides the other place to stop for a drink. A minibar, room service and a coffee house on site make the quieter option straightforward when the appetite is present but the enthusiasm for another outing has not survived the boat ride.

Two pools divide the lounging brief between the Family Pool and the Lazy Pool. Add the private beach, sun loungers and umbrellas, and you have several places to park yourself with a book while your legs remember what they did earlier. The water-sports programme includes kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and snorkelling, with the bay providing the obvious backdrop for a day when you want to stay active without putting on a full set of kit.

A private speedboat or catamaran option is available, and public travel involves a ferry from Phuket to Tonsai Pier followed by a local long-tail boat to the resort. Krabi International Airport is about 47 miles away, while the published transfer arrangements focus on Phuket, so your arrival route deserves attention before you book flights.

Check-in runs from 14:00 to 18:00 and check-out from 06:00 to 11:00. You need photo identification and a payment card in the booking guest’s name at check-in, and the resort asks you to share your expected arrival time in advance.
