Seahorse Diving Club

Seahorse Diving Club is situated on Dam Mon Island within the Vinh Van Phong area of Khanh Hoa. This location provides access to a marine environment focused on conservation, where the centre actively engages in coral farming and reef clean-up programmes.

Whether you are starting your journey with a Discover Scuba Diving programme or looking to advance your skills through professional PADI certifications, the centre provides a structured environment. The centre operates as a PADI affiliated dive centre, offering a range of training from entry-level courses to professional instructor development. The staff facilitates various programmes, including reef conservation initiatives that allow divers to participate in local marine protection.

The local reefs are home to a variety of hard corals and soft corals, providing a complex structure for resident species. You will find many colourful reef fish, including Butterflyfish (Chaetodon), Angelfish (Pomacanthidae), and Parrotfish (Calotomus) navigating the coral formations.

Larger residents can often be spotted around the area, such as the resident 1.5m grouper and various species of sea cucumbers and sea urchins. Schools of barracuda and Great barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda) are also part of the local ecosystem.

For those with an eye for detail, the macro life includes Nudibranch (Chromodoris willani), mantis shrimp, and Ghost pipefish (Solenostomidae). You might also encounter Clownfish (Amphiprion) among the anemones or keep a lookout for the Lionfish (Pterois volitans).
