Barracuda Giri, North Malé Atoll: Pinnacle Diving in Currents

Barracuda Giri, sometimes called Bat Reef or Okkobe Barracuda Giri, is a distinctive dive site in North Malé Atoll, characterized by three prominent submerged pinnacles. These pinnacles rise from the deeper seabed, creating a complex topography that acts as a natural aggregation point for marine life. As you descend, you'll find the reef structure itself offers numerous points of interest, from smaller crevices that shelter resident fish to more exposed areas where larger pelagics patrol.
