The nearest airport is Velana International Airport, about 6 miles away. Velassaru Beach lies about 1.3 miles away, while Villingili Public Beach, Southwest Beach and One Love Beach are around 4 to 5 miles away. Male's National Museum, Sultan Park, Henveiru Park and Republic Square are roughly 5 miles from the resort, although the water transfer is the part that matters most here. This is an island resort with its own restaurants and activities, not a hotel surrounded by a choice of pavement cafés.

Every accommodation option is an overwater villa, with sea views, a terrace or balcony and outdoor furniture. The Sunrise and Sunset Water Villas are the practical choice when the view matters as much as the private pool and jacuzzi: choose the direction that suits your preferred start or end to the day. The Honeymoon Villa is the more deliberately private option for two, with extra space for the occasion rather than extra beds for a family group.

Inside, the details are useful rather than decorative. Air conditioning helps you recover from heat and salt, while the minibar, kettle and tea and coffee facilities cover the first drink before you have the energy to find the bar.
