Norway Dive Mallorca has been a fixture of the local diving community since 2005. Located in Calvià, the centre is ideally positioned for divers staying in the Palmanova, Magaluf, and Portals Nous areas, offering a professional base for exploring the Balearic Islands' underwater landscape.

As a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort, the facility is geared towards both recreational enthusiasts and those looking to progress through the professional ranks. Whether you are looking for your first breath underwater or training to become a Divemaster, the centre focuses on structured, safety-conscious education in a professional environment.

The centre is a high-level training facility, functioning as an Instructor Development Centre (IDC). This means you will find highly qualified instructors on hand, capable of taking you from your initial Discover Scuba Diving through to professional levels such as Assistant Instructor and Open Water Scuba Instructor.

The team is equipped to communicate with a wide international community, with staff able to speak English, Spanish, Norwegian, Swedish, German, French, Italian, and several other languages. This makes the centre a versatile choice for divers travelling from across Europe and beyond.

The course catalogue is extensive, covering the entire PADI spectrum. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving or the Scuba Diver course, progressing through Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver. For those looking to refine specific skills, specialties such as Peak Performance Buoyancy, Deep Diver, and Underwater Navigator are available.

For professional divers, the centre offers the full development path, including Divemaster, Instructor Development Courses (IDC), and training for Assistant Instructors and Open Water Scuba Instructors. They also provide specialized training such as the Wreck Diver Specialty and the PADI Adventure Diver programme.

The centre provides a complete range of rental kit for those not travelling with their own equipment. This includes regulators, BCDs, and exposure protection, ensuring you have the necessary items for the local conditions.

Fixed life is abundant across the various sites, providing a colourful backdrop to your dives. You will find a variety of marine life including many different types of fish and crustaceans throughout the local reefs and reserves.

The local dive sites offer a range of environments, from shallow reef flats to deeper wrecks and cave systems. Diving is available during the day and night, with night diving being a regular part of the centre's activity.
