Club de Buceo Sietemares

Located in Palma de Mallorca, Sietemares has been a fixture of the Balearic diving scene for more than 24 years. As an SSI affiliated centre, it serves both the local diving community and those visiting the island for professional training or recreational excursions.

Sietemares offers a complete syllabus of SSI training programmes. Beginners can start with a Scuba Diving Baptism or progress through the Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver certifications. For those looking to deepen their technical knowledge, the centre provides Nitrox, Deep Diver, and Stress and Rescue courses.

Professional paths are also well-supported, with training available for Divemaster, Divemaster, and Assistant Instructor levels. The curriculum also includes specialised subjects such as Marine Science and underwater scooter diving, alongside dedicated freediving programmes.

The shore-based facilities are geared towards serious divers who require reliable gas and equipment support. The centre utilises BAUER compressors and SECURUS filters to provide Air and Nitrox fills. Divers can choose from various cylinder sizes, including 12-litre, 15-litre, and 18-litre options.

For those travelling without their own kit, a full range of equipment is available for hire. This includes regulators, BCDs, wetsuits, masks, fins, dive computers, and torches for night diving. The centre also features a technical workshop capable of servicing major brands such as Mares, Scubapro, Aqualung, Apeks, Cressi, and Suunto.

The marine life around Palma de Mallorca is diverse, ranging from large pelagics to delicate macro species. You may encounter sharks, large manta rays, and various species of turtles during your dives.
