Diving Passion

Located on the east port of Frontignan, Diving Passion has been a fixture of the local diving community since 2003. The centre is ideally positioned for those looking to explore the waters near Sète and Montpellier, with easy access via bus or local parking.

From their base, you can head out to explore the diverse underwater landscapes of the Hérault coast. The centre is deeply integrated into the local environment, working alongside the Office Français de la Biodiversité to support marine protection efforts.

The team is led by Pierre, a BEES 2 instructor who specialises in professional diver training and serves as an authorised Aqualung technician. Working alongside him is Stéphanie, a PADI instructor and trained underwater naturalist, ensuring that your dives are as educational as they are enjoyable.

With over two decades of experience, the staff brings a high level of technical expertise to the centre. Whether you are working through a certification or looking for a guided exploration, the instructors' background in both professional training and naturalism provides a well-rounded experience.

Diving Passion offers a comprehensive range of training through PADI and professional diver programmes. You can begin your journey with introductory courses or progress through the full range of certifications.

For those looking to advance their skills, the centre provides professional training modules, including specialized diver training (formation scaphandrier). The combination of PADI standards and BEES-qualified instructors provides a robust educational foundation for both recreational and professional paths.

The centre operates two distinct vessels to suit different diving needs. A spacious and convivial barge is available for those who prefer a more relaxed pace while heading out to the sites, while a fast RIB is used for quicker transits.

These boats allow you to reach the offshore plateaus efficiently, providing a stable platform for your dives. The choice between the two ensures you can select the type of outing that best fits your preference for the day.

The centre features modern, spacious facilities including changing rooms with showers and toilets. A large 50 m2 terrace provides a place to relax between dives, and a dedicated classroom equipped with a video projector is available for theory sessions.

As an Aqualung partner, the centre provides access to quality equipment and maintains an on-site technician for regulator servicing. This ensures that the kit used for your dives is professionally maintained and reliable.
