Plongée hérault

Plongée Hérault is situated in Frontignan, providing a gateway to the diverse marine environments of the Hérault coastline. The region is defined by its geological variety, offering everything from volcanic tuffs and marine caves to lagoon systems and mountain lakes.

Instruction is provided in French. The centre's expertise extends into technical disciplines, with instructors qualified to lead divers through complex environments such as caves and sidemount configurations.

The centre provides a comprehensive range of training, beginning with introductory 'Baptême' dives and progressing through the standard levels, including Niveau 1, Niveau 2, and Niveau 3.

For those looking to advance into technical diving, they offer specialised courses in Nitrox and Nitrox confirmé. The curriculum also covers advanced configurations and environments, including Sidemount, Cavern, Intro to cave, and Full cave diver certifications, as well as training for drysuit (combinaison étanche) use.
